Counselor Ming-Chi (Mickey) Chuang is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Ohio CSWMFT Board. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Mickey has a unique background as she was born and raised in Taiwan being bilingual in Chinese and English. She has been active in full time campus ministries serving international students and Chinese students at Kent State University for more than 13 years. She has a passion to come alongside people who feel hurt, stuck, and hopeless. Special areas of interest include ministry and mission related burnouts, issues related to singleness, life adjustments, cultural related adjustments, substance abuse and dependence, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Mickey loves to share her Chinese culture with people and has a heart for God’s mission all over the world.
