1. How long has your office
been in practice?
DaySpring Counseling was established in 2000.
2. Do you accept my insurance?
DaySpring accepts most private insurances.
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
3. How long are the sessions and
how many will it take?
Each counseling session is at least 50 minutes.
The average amount of sessions can range from 6 to 10 sessions.
4. What are the credentials of
the counselors?
Most of our therapists are Masters level, State
Licensed Professional Clinical Therapists
5. Do you see children?
Yes, we see the whole family system together
or children individually.
6. Do you prescribe medication?
No, we do not prescribe medications. However,
we will refer the client to their family physician as they can prescribe
medication if needed.
7. How soon can I schedule an appointment?
Usually within the week or upon the availability
of the counselor requested.
8. Do you have evening or Saturday
appointments available?
Yes, we schedule evening appointments Monday
through Friday until 9:00 p.m. and schedule Saturday appointments
from 9 a.m to 1 p.m.
9. What
do you charge if I do not have insurnace?
We charge $125 the first session
and $100 for every session thereafter. Reduced fees are available
if one qualifies based on gross combined family income. These fees
range from $60 to $80.
10. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, our office accepts
Visa and/or Master Card.
